Your Hosts

We are Karyn and Jim Symes, the proud owners of Condo Dos Vistas. Jim is a chemistry professor at a community college in Sacramento California and Karyn is a Spanish instructor at a community college in Santa Clara, California.  In June of 2006 our love for travel, adventure and scuba diving took us to Playa del Carmen on our honeymoon. In fact, we loved it so much that we decided to invest in a new condo,  decorate it  and share this beautiful place with family, friends and people from all over the world.

Condo Dos Vistas

Condo Dos Vistas is located in Playa del Carmen on Calle 14 Norte-between Avenida 40 and 45.  It is walking distance from Mega (a large super market) 5 blocks from Wal-Mart and a 10 minute walk from the beach and Quinta Avenida. This building is brand new and located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. The condo has been decorated in warm earth tones with local Mexican art gracing the walls. The furniture is all rustic Mexican style.

This 2 bedroom condo has 1 room with a king size bed and 1 room with 2 single beds, and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people.. Each bedroom has direct access to a full bathroom, with access to one of the bathrooms from the living area as well.
