$300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the condo.
If you are paying through PayPal from outside of the United State,
we require a $15.oo USD transaction fee.
Your reservation will be confirmed after receiving your reservation deposit.
Damage Deposit of $300 cash is required when you enter the condo
and will be refunded on departure date.

 

Check in is 3pm & Check out is 10am.

The balance of the total amount must be paid when checking into the condo.

For Christmas and New Years,

Easter, Spring Break and Thanksgiving,

the full price must be paid in advance and
payments are non refundable.


CANCELLATION POLICY : 

No refund of full payment for Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break or Thanksgiving.

For all other reservations:

31 days + before the arrival date- full refund of $300 reservation deposit.

16-30 days before arrival date- 50% refund of reservation deposit.

15 day or less before the arrival date- $300 reservation deposit is not refundable.
