Why not try scuba diving?  I reluctantly went snorkeling one day, and was getting so frustrated, until I saw a little sea turtle. When my husband told me that if that inspired me, then I would love Scuba. So I overcame my fears and do LOVE it!  I went diving and got certified during the last week of our trip. Scuba diving has opened up a whole new world to me.  Now I can say I have been wreck diving at 100 feet, I have been cave diving in a cenote, I have seen a school of tarpin, and countles beautiful tropical fish in coral gardens...
